It’s a fun and enjoyable method to cut fat, reduce weight and tone muscle while following fun and easy to copy routines set to tunes from classic party songs to the most up to date tracks from the present top 10.

This class is for all abilities from low to high impact, from the beginner to the experienced fitness fanatic!

The feeling of being on a night out in a nightclub setting allows you to really express yourself and you are guaranteed to leave with a big smile on your face, feel energised and with an overall feeling of wellbeing!
