Siobhan began classes with Jill when she was 2 and took examinations in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz to an advanced level, and can’t remember a time in her life when she wasn’t dancing! She has also taken ABRSM Music Exams in both singing and piano, giving her a special passion for Musical Theatre.

Siobhan has a lot of teaching experience with many different exam boards including, BBO, ISTD, and RAD. For the last 3 years Siobhan has taught at many different primary schools across the area specialising in Musical Theatre and Street Dance. She loves to teach and to watch children grow and learn.

She is also a highly trained Irish dancer, competing all over the world including the British Nationals, Europeans, and Great British Championships. She is also one of the few dancers from Staffordshire and Cheshire who has qualified to compete at the World Championships – requiring a vigorous training schedule.

Siobhan also has performed professionally across the country, including the UK National Tours of Annie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Whistle Down the Wind, Jesus Christ Superstar and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

She also works for professional Theatre in Education company Scarlet Theatre, travelling to different schools in the area, conducting different workshops and educational performances based on everything from E-safety and bullying to Global Warming.

Siobhan is currently training on an acting course with the very prestigious David Johnson Drama in Manchester. David Johnson Drama supplies the UK with a great deal of actors who can currently be seen in various different soap operas.

Siobhan is very passionate about teaching and being back at Jill’s is ‘like being back at home!’
